How to: Set the properties of a form.
Solution:
In the Form Design view, select the form selector, select 'Properties' from the 'View' menu, and make the desired entries and selections.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.
3) Select the desired form from the list box. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected form appears in the Design view and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) To set the properties of the form:
NOTE: The following steps will set the properties of the form only, not controls or a section of a form.
a) Click on the form selector. (The form selector now contains a small black box.)
Single click on form selector.
b) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Properties'. (The properties sheet appears.)

c) Make the desired selections and entries for the form in the property boxes. .
NOTE: The properties sheet contains five tabs.
d) To close the property sheet, click the 'X' in the upper-right hand corner of the property sheet.
Click X button to close property sheet
NOTE: The properties will be saved only when the design view is saved.
